Can I use the small flour mill in series if I wish to increase capacity in the future?

Yes, you can increase capacity in the future.

What is the continuous operating time of the machine? How long can it operate without stopping, and when it has to be given a rest?

After successfully passing many tests, we can assure you that our machine can operate continuously for more than 5-7 days. The only thing you should do is to lubricate the machine timely.

What is the difference between vertical structure and horizontal flour mill plant?

The process theory of the vertical structure plant is the same as the horizontal one. The differences are as follows:

•	In the horizontal structure, the flour mill is on the same level with the plansifter; while in the vertical ones, the plansifter is above the flour mill which is on the second floor, then the raw wheat can go to the mill directly relying on gravitation which saves the power of the fan, and also simplifies the air net allowing an easier operation - that is, reducing the blocking of wheat.
•	The vertical structure is more elegant.
•	The vertical structure can be operated more easily, for example you do not need to go to the trench for pulling out the wheat if it is dropped out.
•	When installing the same type of flour milling equipment, the capacity of the vertical structure will be higher than the horizontal one.
•	The vertical structure costs a little more than the horizontal one since it contains more elevators and steel frame.
